Accessing the CMS

Your Sign123 unit runs a built-in CMS (content management system) that you can access from any device on the same WiFi network.

Get the sign's IP address

When the sign is showing the Default Canvas page, it displays the sign's IP address on screen. If you don't see that page (for example, the IP or network changed), use the Restore Default Canvas steps in Configuring Your Sign so the sign shows the IP again.

Open the CMS and log in

  1. In a web browser, go to https://[ip-address]/admin — replace [ip-address] with the IP shown on the sign (e.g. https://x.x.x.x/admin).
  2. Log in with the admin or editor account.
  3. If you don't know the password, use the temporary CMS password process described in Configuring Your Sign.
